Politica de Returnare
Va multumim ca ati cumparat de la noi! Dorim sa fiti multumit de achizitia dumneavoastra. Va rugam sa cititi cu atentie politica noastra de returnare:
Returnari: Acceptam retururi in termen de 14 zile de la primirea comenzii, doar daca produsele nu au fost purtate, spalate sau deteriorate si sunt in starea originala.
Procesul de retur: Pentru a initia un retur, va rugam sa ne contactati prin mesaj pe Instagram la @blyndclothes, mentionand numarul comenzii.
Costuri de transport: Costul transportului pentru retur este suportat de client.
Produse deteriorate: Daca primiti un produs deteriorat, va rugam sa ne contactati in termen de 3 zile de la primirea comenzii, insotit de dovezi fotografice. Vom analiza situatia si vom oferi o solutie adecvata.
Produsele care nu respecta conditiile de mai sus nu sunt eligibile pentru retur.
